WHY AM I DOING THIS?

I believe in Gastro and I think that it is a great profession which can help you travel the world, educate yourself and meet lots of new people. I want to see people in gastronomy happy and not making the same mistakes as I did. 

 

I also want to motivate the new generation to study this profession because I believe there is no sexier profession than hospitality. If a delicious meal is paired with great wine, perfect aperitif in a cozy environment where everyone is looking after you and having a great time.
